The organization was founded on July 29, 2022, with the goal of developing youth policy, supporting youth initiatives, and strengthening communities.
Its core mission is to create conditions for youth self-realization through educational, social, infrastructural, and humanitarian projects.

- Eight modern youth spaces have been established in the Vinnytsia region, serving as platforms for the development of young people’s skills, hosting educational events, cultural activities, and fostering communication.
- Numerous training sessions and programs have been implemented. The organization also focuses on the development of leadership and communication skills among young people.
- Over 3 tons of humanitarian aid have been delivered to support communities, internally displaced persons, war veterans, and defense forces. The project "Life in Every Drop" is aimed at promoting blood donation.
- The organization actively participates in supporting Ukraine's defense forces through initiatives aimed at addressing their urgent needs.
In collaboration with local authorities and community partners, the organization contributes to the creation of an accessible environment, improving conditions in parks, youth spaces, and other public areas.
NGO "Youth 3.0" brings together young leaders and collaborates with government, civil society, and international partners, attracting grant funding for the implementation of socially-oriented projects. The organization has also participated in Council of Europe projects aimed at developing youth democracy.
